Duties:

  • Support implementation of channel strategies across retail, distribution, and e-commerce platforms

  • Align channel initiatives with overall business and marketing objectives

  • Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis and market insights

  • Assist with daily partner and internal communication activities

  • Prepare Joint Business Planning materials and conduct performance reviews

  • Track commitments and follow up on customer engagement actions

  • Coordinate promotional and trading calendars to ensure synchronization

  • Execute promotional activities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams

  • Monitor and evaluate promotional performance for continuous improvement

  • Provide insights to optimize distribution channels and enhance visibility

  • Support the creation of selling stories, presentation materials, and listing proposals

  • Monitor product availability and address distribution gaps

  • Track sales figures, sell-out data, promotional results, and distribution metrics

  • Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly performance reports

  • Analyze market trends, opportunities, and potential risks

  • Keep abreast of competitor activity, market developments, and channel dynamics

  • Gather insights to refine channel strategy and uncover emerging opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or trade marketing

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities

  • Proven experience in distribution management and market analysis

  • Ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities effectively

  • Knowledge of FMCG and retail industries

Familiarity with the following:

  • Analysis and Data Analysis

  • Distribution and Trade Marketing

  • Planning, Sales, and Strategic Thinking

  • Proficiency in C programming is a plus
