We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team in a vibrant hospitality environment. This is a live-in position with excellent benefits including accommodation, meals, uniforms, and laundry service.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Chef de Partie, you will:
Take ownership of your designated kitchen station
Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
Support stock control, food safety, and kitchen sanitation

You are:

Qualifications & Experience
Culinary training or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years in a professional kitchen environment
