Chemistry Teacher

Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons using both the Nigerian and Cambridge curricula.
• The ideal candidate will prepare students for academic success through engaging classroom instruction, practical laboratory sessions, and effective assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Chemistry using the Nigerian and Cambridge curricula.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and practical laboratory sessions.
• Assess students through assignments, tests, practicals, and examinations.
• Prepare students for WAEC, NECO, Checkpoint, IGCSE, and other relevant examinations.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and disciplined learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic support where necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of a B.Ed. in Chemistry or a related field.
• At least 2 years' teaching experience with both the Nigerian and Cambridge curricula.
• Strong knowledge of WAEC, NECO, and Cambridge Chemistry syllabuses.
• TRCN certification is an added advantage.
• Cambridge teaching certification and experience will be an added advantage and may attract a higher salary.
