Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand positioning, marketing strategy, and business growth initiatives for Foton and Isuzu vehicle brands.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, executing marketing campaigns, managing customer engagement strategies, and strengthening market presence within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market penetration for Foton and Isuzu vehicle brands.
  • Build and manage brand positioning strategies to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and field marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
  • Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand activation activities to increase sales performance.
  • Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, online advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue and business targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and prepare management reports.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Strengthen customer retention initiatives and improve overall brand perception in the automotive market.
  • Represent the organization during exhibitions, trade events, and automotive industry engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Marketing or Brand Management.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is mandatory.
  • Strong experience managing vehicle brands, dealerships, or automobile product marketing.
  • Proven track record in brand strategy, campaign management, and market expansion.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and brand development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and sales data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
