Cold Caller / SDR (UK Campaigns) – Full Time
Location: Northmead, Lusaka

Office-Based: 5 Days Per Week
We are hiring confident, driven cold callers to join our growing Zambia office, calling businesses in the UK.
This is not a passive customer service role.
This is high-volume outbound calling.
We are looking for people who:
- Actually enjoy speaking to people
- Can handle pressure and rejection
- Are willing to make lots of calls every day
- Want to improve, compete, and earn
- Are self-starters willing to go the extra mile
- Are willing to practise, learn, and improve outside of work hours if needed
- Have a strong work ethic and clear communication skills
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cold calling UK businesses daily
- Booking meetings for clients
- Following scripts and sales processes
- Handling objections confidently
- Updating CRM notes and outcomes
- Working towards daily and weekly targets
Requirements
- Previous cold calling or sales experience preferred
- Experience speaking with UK or US customers/clients
- Very clear English speaking voice and accent
- Confident and energetic on the phone
- Comfortable making high volumes of calls daily
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Must be willing to work from our Northmead office Monday–Friday
