The role involves monitor the progress and outcomes of continuous improvement projects, tracking key performance indicators to assess their impact on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. In addition, the role holder is responsible for collaborating with various work unit (stakeholders) to drive innovation and excellence.
