What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate, communicate, and service Customers, Sales, Logistics, Purchasing and Production departments, Vendors and distributors
- Manage customer orders (product availability, payment price, requirements etc.)
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing KPI's, current and lost orders
- Ensure fulfilment of ERP system processes
What you’ll need- Commercial education/related tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5 years in customer service desk/sales/supply chain in preferable chemical industry
- ERP knowledge
- Office Tools
- S&OP
- Fluent English language skills
What is in it for you?- Temporary position for duration of maternity leave to be filled
- R20 000 - R24 000 p.m. depending on experience
