What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate, communicate, and service Customers, Sales, Logistics, Purchasing and Production departments, Vendors and distributors
  • Manage customer orders (product availability, payment price, requirements etc.)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing KPI's, current and lost orders
  • Ensure fulfilment of ERP system processes

What you’ll need
  • Commercial education/related tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 5 years in customer service desk/sales/supply chain in preferable chemical industry
  • ERP knowledge
  • Office Tools
  • S&OP
  • Fluent English language skills

What is in it for you?
  • Temporary position for duration of maternity leave to be filled
  • R20 000 - R24 000 p.m. depending on experience
