- 2–5 years of experience in data
analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
(Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dynamic dashboards, complex
formulas)
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such
as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent
problem-solving and quantitative skills
- Ability to interpret complex datasets
and translate them into actionable insights
📊 Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to uncover
trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel
dashboards, reports, and tracking tools
- Ensure data accuracy through validation
and reconciliation across multiple sources
- Prepare insightful reports (daily,
weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) for leadership
- Support strategic decision-making
through in-depth data analysis
- Perform root cause analysis and scenario
modelling for complex business challenges
- Create compelling visualizations and
presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to align data solutions with business needs
- Monitor KPIs, benchmark performance, and
identify areas for improvement
- Recommend actionable strategies to
enhance efficiency and performance
- Identify and implement automation
