Minimum requirements:
At least 10 years’ proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability on diesel engines and related systems
Experience working on heavy-duty vehicles or machinery
Solid understanding of preventative maintenance practices
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards under pressure
Key responsibilities:
Diagnose, service and repair diesel engines and components
Perform routine maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
Identify root causes of mechanical failures and implement lasting solutions
Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
