Minimum Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Law, Social Sciences, Public Administration,
- Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' senior management experience within the non-profit, NGO, development, or social impact sector.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor management, and resource mobilisation.
- Experience working with boards, governance structures, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
- Proven leadership, people management, and organisational development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
