REQUIREMENT:
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a lodge or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest relations and hosting ability
- Good understanding of restaurant, bar, and lodge service operations
- Strong stock control, ordering, and cost management experience
- Ability to manage staff training and performance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on management style essential
- Computer literacy essential
- Professional appearance and service-driven attitude
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations and service standards
- Manage restaurant, bar, and dining service operations
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and customer satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Monitor food and beverage cost controls and budgets
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and operational departments
- Maintain high presentation and operational standards throughout all service areas
- Assist with reporting, administration, and operational planning
