Role OverviewManage and lead a team of service technicians, ensuring the successful delivery of installations, commissioning, maintenance, and client support within an engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage service schedules, installations, and maintenance
- Oversee troubleshooting, diagnostics, and commissioning
- Maintain strong client relationships and service standards
- Support service sales and SLA growth
- Ensure accurate COCs, reporting, and documentation
Qualifications & Experience- Engineering qualification (BTech / National Diploma – Mechanical preferred)
- Gas Practitioner Licence – essential
- 8–10 years’ experience in an industrial/engineering environment
- 3–4 years’ experience with boilers and burners (installation & commissioning)
- Proven team leadership experience
