The Fleet Tracking Executive will be responsible for monitoring and tracking company vehicles, ensuring compliance with approved routes, providing realtime updates on vehicle movements, and supporting efficient fleet operations.
Job Details
- Monitor and track fleet vehicles using GPS tracking systems.
- Provide realtime updates on vehicle locations and movements.
- Ensure drivers comply with approved routes and schedules.
- Identify and escalate delays, route deviations, or security concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and trip reports.
- Coordinate with drivers, transport teams, and relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet tracking reports.
- Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle utilization where applicable.
- Ensure timely communication of incidents, breakdowns, or emergencies.
- Support overall transport and logistics operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years' experience in fleet monitoring, logistics, transportation, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in GPS tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shifts where required.
