Foreclosure AttorneyPretoria EastSalary: Market-Related Minimum requirements:
  • Admitted Attorney
  • Post Admission experience is required 
  • Proven experience handling Foreclosure matters from inception to finalisation
  • Strong knowledge of Foreclosure processes, High Court litigation and banking Litigation
  • Experience drafting summonses, affidavits, default judgments and execution applications
  • Knowledge of the National Credit Act and relevant Foreclosure legislation
  • Ability to manage high-volume Foreclosure files independently
  • Experience liaising with banks, sheriffs, correspondents and clients
  • Strong court appearance and Litigation management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management systems
  • Strong administrative, drafting and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
