Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in the painting and waterproofing industry
- Previous experience supervising and managing teams on site
- Valid driver’s licence and valid PDP essential
- Must be confident driving and transporting teams to various sites
- Able and willing to work at heights
- Good communication and client liaison skills
- Presentable and professional when dealing with clients
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
- Of sober habits
- Contactable business references essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities- Drive and transport teams to and from sites safely and responsibly
- Supervise painting and waterproofing teams on various sites
- Ensure work is completed to company and client standards
- Coordinate staff, materials, and daily site activities
- Maintain health and safety compliance on site
- Communicate progress and site issues with management and clients
- Inspect completed work and ensure quality workmanship
- Assist hands-on where required
