OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused
Service Delivery / Order Management Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced telecoms environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
order processing and service delivery- Review and scrutinise customer contracts
- Place and track orders via CRM systems within agreed SLAs
- Provide regular progress updates and reporting to customers and internal teams
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Conduct testing and activation of services
- Handle fault resolution and escalations effectively
- Set up and manage new customer accounts
- Support business development initiatives where required
- Maintain accurate tracking of all orders and service updates
Minimum Requirements
Skills & Competencies- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking ability
- Professional, customer-centric approach with good telephone manner
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- High attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately
- Tact, diplomacy, and strong problem-solving skills
- Numerate and literate
Experience & Qualifications- Telecoms industry experience (advantageous but not essential – full training provided)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ITIL Foundation (V3 or V4) – advantageous but not required
Salary and Working Hours- Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications
- UK working hours - this is not a remote position; office is based in Milnerton, Western Cape.
