Freelance Spa Therapist

Minimum Requirements

• Recognised Spa Therapy qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' practical spa therapy experience.
• Experience within a luxury lodge, hotel, wellness retreat or spa environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Resident of, or willing to travel to, the Bela-Bela/Waterberg area.

• Passion for wellness and guest service.
• Highly reliable and punctual.
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Freelance / Independent Contractor.
• Paid per treatment day, treatment session, or agreed assignment basis.
• No fixed hours or guaranteed minimum bookings.
• Work scheduled according to guest demand and occupancy.

• Additional wellness qualifications.
• Reflexology, sports massage or holistic therapies.
• Experience working with international guests.
• First Aid certification.
