Your Role :
Coordinate international and domestic transport operations, and ensure the proper handling of import/export documentation flows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the smooth processing of provisional import-export declarations in coordination with the customs broker.
- Oversee import-export documentation flows.
- Ensure proper customs clearance procedures are followed, in accordance with Versigent’s internal regulations and contractual requirements.
- Confirm the final declared values for each shipment with the customs broker—segregating data by Incoterms and currency—and ensure the proper registration of import licenses with the relevant banks.
- Prepare import and export customs files.
- Collect the documents required to complete customs declarations (invoices, transport documents, etc.).
- Oversee the legally mandated procedures for customs declarations regarding goods.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelor degree in logistics, management or related field
- 5 years minimum of experience in the logistic field
- Fluent english
