Description
As an assembly coordinator, your role is to ensure the production of electrical wiring while respecting customer requirements, quality standards, HSE standards and rules.
Among your roles:
- Participate in defining production needs (Organization, material, training, equipment).
- Participate in defining training needs and identifying qualified people in his/her charge.
- Ensure the execution of the daily and weekly production program. - Ensure the achievement of the department's objectives.
- Assist shift leaders and team leaders in their work.
- Plan daily meetings with them to monitor production.
- Participate in developing production strategies.
- Participate in developing files, reports and means of controlling indicators.
- Prepare status reports on production, quality and indices.
- Monitor product development (feasibility group) and the necessary capacity according to customer needs (capacity meeting) within the framework of multidisciplinary groups.
Your background :
- Engineering degree in (Industrial Engineering; Manufacturing;)
- 5 years minimum experience in a similar position in the automotive field
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Able to handle stressful situations
- Good verbal and written communication in English
