This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring all interactions reflect the highest standards of hospitality.
Core Criteria:
- Previous experience in a Front of House position
- Tertiary education in Hospitality, Tourism or similar
- Must be computer literacy (MS Office, PMS/reservations systems, etc)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
