Employment Information

Lead Midrand operations and drive group-wide strategic, financial, and marketing performance across all entities. You will be personally accountable for achieving monthly revenue targets , rolling out a multi-entity marketing plan, recruiting sales & BD talent per region, and managing a performance-based bonus pool to motivate staff.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business Management (or a related field)

  • Proven track record achieving monthly revenue targets

  • Experience managing multi-location teams (10+ members)

  • Experience recruiting sales/BD teams and designing bonus schemes

  • Willingness to lead marketing roll out (direct experience preferred but not mandatory)

  • Deep knowledge of Solar PV installation & electrical systems

  • Valid driver’s license, passport, and SA ID/work permit



Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver entity-level monthly revenue targets

  • Lead annual & quarterly strategic planning, KPIs, and resource allocation

  • Execute end-to-end group marketing plan (central strategy + local adaptation)

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach Sales Reps & Business Developers for each entity

  • Design and manage transparent bonus pool tied to targets

  • Provide firm, fair leadership across project managers, site teams, and support staff

  • Ensure compliance with Solar PV regulations, safety, and SOPs

  • Use ZOHO to track pipelines, revenue, campaigns, and bonus accruals

Travel:

Regularly travel between Johannesburg, Cape Town, Lusaka and Harare.
