As the renewable energy market continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated and organised Sales Administrator's to support our sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a sales administration environment who enjoys working in a competitive industry.In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales process by supporting the sales team, managing customer orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong client relationships. ▪ Matric (essential)▪ Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Sales Administrator▪ Strong administrative and organisational skills▪ Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with clients▪ Excellent communication and customer service skills▪ Manages quotations, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.▪ Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems and internal sales systems)▪ Experience in renewable energy, electrical, or technical sales environments will be advantageousKey Responsibilities:
Sales Administration▪ Process sales orders accurately and efficiently▪ Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and sales orders▪ Capture and manage orders on the internal sales system▪ Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order information▪ Follow up on orders, deliveries, and backordersRenewable Energy Product Support▪ Assist customers with product information relating to solar and renewable energy solutions▪ Ensure correct product specifications and order accuracy▪ Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding product availability and lead times
Customer & Sales Support▪ Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal sales teams▪ Handle customer queries, order amendments, and returns professionally▪ Support the sales team with reports, pricing information, and quotations▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with customersGeneral Administration▪ Compile sales reports and assist with tracking sales targets and performance▪ Maintain filing systems and sales documentation▪ Assist with general office administration where required▪ Ensure adherence to company policies and proceduresIdeal Candidate
