Key Responsibilities: Manage guest reservations, enquiries, and bookings via phone, email, and booking platforms Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with guests Answer incoming calls and assist with guest queries and requests Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience Work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure rooms are prepared and guest requirements are met Manage and respond to guest reviews on various booking platforms in a professional manner Assist with guest bookings for functions and events when required Be willing to assist on weekends when needed, especially for guest arrivals and function-related bookings Liaise with the owner regarding function enquiries, quotations, and guest requirements Maintain accurate booking records and ensure all reservation details are up to date
Requirements & Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills Experience in hospitality, guesthouse, hotel, or reservations environment would be advantageous Computer literacy and experience with booking platforms preferred Flexible availability, including occasional weekends when required
