Responsibilities Include but not limited too:
- Organisational skills - Managing multiple complex companies and record the bookkeeping
- Recording transactions accurately
- Maintaining accurate, up to date financial records by recording day to day transactions
- Reconciling all bank statements
- Managing accounts payable (Capturing all invoices and purchase orders - imports and exports)
- Managing accounts receivable (Sending out payments receipts, statements, invoices and follow up on payments when necessary)
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Providing essential data for tax filing
- Journals
- Petty cash
- Any ad hoc requirements and will changes from time to time
- Keeping the filing up to date
Requirements / Characteristics required:
- Technological proficiency (Especially on Excel and Zoho)
- Ability to work on SAGE (Essential)
- Adaptable and willing to continuously learn
