Bourdillon Hotel & Apartment is seeking an experienced, creative, and highly skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of local and international cuisines.
- Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Ability to develop menus, control food costs, and maintain high food quality standards.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen staff effectively.
