About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Part-Time Healthcare Recruiter to help us scale our clinical team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to provide exceptional care to our clients. Your primary focus will be sourcing specialized wellness and rehabilitation professionals who align with our high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Sourcing: Actively recruit for specialized roles including Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, and Physiotherapist Interns.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle—from writing and posting tailored job ads to screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling practical assessments.
- Talent Pipeline Building: Establish relationships with local universities, physiotherapy networks, and wellness schools to build a steady pipeline for internship programs and full-time roles.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth transition from candidate to team member, ensuring all credentials, licensing, and background checks are verified.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of HR recruitment experience, with a strong preference for healthcare, clinic, or wellness industry experience.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of what makes a great healthcare provider, including familiarity with medical licensing requirements in Nigeria.
- Sourcing Prowess: Proven track record of sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, local job boards, and professional healthcare networks.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you will be the face of our clinic to prospective hires.
- Proximity: Ability to easily commute to Lekki Phase 1 for meetings, interviews, or syncs as required.
