3. Soil & Growing Medium (Hands-On)
4. Weed Control (Hands-On Leadership)
5. Pest & Disease Control (Hands-On)
6. Spray Program Implementation
7. Biological Control (Build & Implement)
8. Team Supervision (Lead from the Front)
9. Chemical & Stock Control
10. Record Keeping (Simple & Practical)

• Be present in the nursery daily
• Work hands-on with trees and teams
• Keep nursery clean and healthy
• Prevent problems before they spread
• Maintain high standards through action and example
