Ensure forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to
Housekeeping.
Receive, record and distribute various report manually/through
operative system
Prepare daily housekeeping task sheet for the room attendant
Prepare daily Turndown task sheet for the room attendant sheet
Prepare daily Minibar Sheet for Housekeeping Supervisors and
Butlers
Prepare daily Housekeeping Report
Receive, record and transmit guest requests accurately
Input accurate room status intro computer daily and monitor
discrepancies
Maintain and update administrative data
A full awareness of all housekeeping positions and job functions
A full awareness of hotel facilities and services
A full awareness of Housekeeping operations and understand the
room facilities
Assist the Head of Department in updating attendance on a daily
basis
Ordering of store supplies and items, ensuring adequate stocks are
available on a weekly basis according to occupancy/operations.
Job Qualifications
Good knowledge of Hotel and Housekeeping operations in general
Good communication and contact skills
Computer literate and at ease with MS Office softwares (word, excel etc…)
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details
Post Secondary Skills with 2 years Hotel/Housekeeping experience.
