Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities including CV screening and interview coordination.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle employee relations inquiries and support HR operations.
  • Prepare HR documents including letters, memos, and reports.
  • Support performance management and general HR administrative tasks.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ HR experience.
  • Experience in retail is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
