Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification will be beneficial 
  • 5+ years Human Resources experience
  • Have a good knowledge of South African labour legislation, including contracts, disciplinary processes, dismissals and CCMA matters;
  • Ability to manage the entire HR function independently 
  • Experience with contracting for both contract and permanent workers
  • Ability to management recruitment processes 
  • Be able to professionally handle performance management, disciplinary processes, motivational discussions and other employee relations; and
  • Be able to provide regular feedback to the directors on important HR matters and progress.
  • Ability to put processes in place 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Valid drivers license and own transport
