HR Business Partner

We are seeking a well-presented HR Business Partner to work at a reputable mine based in Rustenburg.

Minimum Requirements:

·        Human Resources related Degree or National Diploma

·        5 years’ Human Resources experience in a mining environment

·        Registered with the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP) – advantageous

·        HR Best Practice, HR Regulation, HR Systems

·        Provide General HR Service Delivery

·        Manage and Plan Labour Availability

·        Manage Workforce Planning
