Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
- Handle attendance, leave, disciplinary follow-up, and HR administration
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation
- Support employee engagement and daily HR operations
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Previous experience in HR operations preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professionalism and confidentiality required
