Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
  • Handle attendance, leave, disciplinary follow-up, and HR administration
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and employee documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation
  • Support employee engagement and daily HR operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR operations preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professionalism and confidentiality required
