We are looking for a dynamic and organised HR & Payroll Officer (specialised in expatriate payroll) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in payroll preparation and processing
  • Manage attendance, leave, and employee records
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • Experience in HR and payroll operations preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
