Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a dynamic Independent Retail Leasing Broker to join their Johannesburg team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development through cold calling, networking, and on-the-ground site visits
- Act as the key link between landlords, tenants, and co-brokers
- Manage the full leasing lifecycle—from lead generation to signed deals
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on HubSpot CRM
- Stay ahead of Johannesburg retail trends, vacancies, and emerging hotspots
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in real estate (retail leasing in Gauteng is a strong advantage)
- Valid FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate) or eligibility to obtain one
- A true hunter mindset—driven, independent, and results-focused
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of key Johannesburg retail nodes (Sandton, Rosebank, Braamfontein, etc.)
- Must have your own vehicle, laptop, and smartphone
