JMD International Ltd is looking
for a proactive and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Coordinator to support our
sales operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate deliveries and customer orders.
- Maintain accurate sales and payment records.
- Monitor customer projects and claims.
- Update sales reports and KPIs.
- Provide professional customer service through
phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- HSC or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in sales administration,
customer service, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially
Excel.
- Experience with Pastel or similar ERP software
would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet
deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused
mindset.
