Employment Information

JMD International Ltd is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers.

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations.

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

  • Coordinate deliveries and customer orders.

  • Maintain accurate sales and payment records.

  • Monitor customer projects and claims.

  • Update sales reports and KPIs.

  • Provide professional customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • HSC or equivalent qualification.

  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Experience with Pastel or similar ERP software would be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
