Junior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developments (Paarl)
A leading building contractor is seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team working on high-quality residential developments in the Paarl area.

Minimum Requirements:- National Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 2 – 5 years' relevant experience in the building construction industry
- Experience on residential developments will be advantageous
- Good understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control
- Ability to measure and prepare bills of quantities
- Experience with subcontractor procurement and payment certificates
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
- Valid driver's licence and own transport
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with project cost planning and budgeting
- Measurement and preparation of quantities
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor quotations
- Assist with procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and process subcontractor payment certificates
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports
- Assist with variation orders and final accounts
- Liaise with site management, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets
