Qualifications or requirements

Grade 12 Certificate

Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene

Ability to follow instructions

Physically fit and hardworking

Good time management and teamwork skills

Reliable, punctual and willing to learn

Experience needed

Previous kitchen, bakery, restaurant or food-production experience preferred

Experience working with pastries is required
