WhatsApp Customer Support Assistant

Background

Master Sales Phone Accessories is looking for a WhatsApp Assistant to support customer communication, order management and sales activities through WhatsApp.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and manage customer interactions professionally over WhatsApp.
• Compile, organize, and track all incoming orders placed through WhatsApp.
• Coordinate directly with the shop supervisor to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Regularly post promotional content and updates across relevant WhatsApp groups.
• Follow up on pending inquiries to convert prospective buyers into confirmed sales.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong familiarity with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented mindset capable of handling multiple chats simultaneously.
• Reliable and able to consistently report to the physical shop location on Chacha Road.
• Must be willing to report on Monday.
• Must be between 18 and 23 years old.

Remuneration & Perks

• K1,000 per month
