Requirements
Honors Degree in Banking and Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration (Finance), or a closely related field.
A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Teaching qualification will be an added advantage.
All qualifications must be recognized by the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA). Applicants with foreign qualifications must provide proof of BQA evaluation.
At least two (2) years lecturing experience at tertiary level will be an added advantage.
Practical experience in the banking or financial services sector will be an added advantage.
Experience in curriculum development, student assessment, and academic administration will be beneficial.
Strong knowledge of banking and financial systems.
Excellent teaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Sound understanding of corporate governance and financial regulations.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
High ethical standards and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
