Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws LL.B from a recognized institution.
- Call to the Nigerian Bar B.L and a valid practising license.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law, commercial law, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian business and corporate laws.
- Experience in contract negotiation, legal drafting, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide sound legal judgment.
