Machine Shop Manager is Required by a Manufacturing Company in Benoni
CNC Programming capability and strong production planning skills
Hands-on experience with lathes, horizontals, verticals, and 5-axis machining
Petrochemical machining experience
The ability to offset jobs and make sound judgement calls to prevent scrap — particularly important given the nature of forgings
Experience managing tooling and carbide consumable costs
The interpersonal skills to drive culture change and motivate a team
Preferred age range of 40–50
