Project Manager, Estimator, Sales & Designer (Drawings) urgently required in the Glass & Aluminium Industry: To start ASAP. Gauteng. Estimations on StarFront / Bizman. Drawings & Designing on AutoCad. Sales also involved. Costings, Quotations, dealing with Architects etc.
Oversee Site management of installations of Aluminium Windows & Doors on Residential & Commercial projects. This includes:
- JBCC knowledge of Sub contracting agreements
- Oversee program from site establishments to final handover
- Planning of multiple installation teams on various sites
- Represent at site meetings.
- Noting of minutes of meeting
- Cost control of project budgets
- Final measurement
- Liaise with manufacturing department
Requirements:
- At least 7-10 years in project management experience in the aluminium windows & doors sector
- JBCC knowledge (Joint Building Contracts Committee) of sub-contracting agreements.
