Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing activities.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support brand management initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and external marketing partners when required.
  • Generate leads and contribute to business development and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Maintain marketing databases, records, and performance metrics.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related software.
  • Experience with graphic design tools and content creation will be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
