Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage a busy switchboard, directing calls and taking accurate messages when required.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare facilities for meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain a professional and organised reception area at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, courier deliveries, and mail.
  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
  • Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments where required.
  • Assist with filing, record-keeping, data capturing, and document management.
  • Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.
  • Support office operations and ensure efficient front-office procedures are maintained.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Previous experience in a Senior Receptionist or Receptionist role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
