Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, website updates, and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare marketing performance and market research reports.
  • Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing metrics and ROI.
  • Develop and manage promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and product catalogues.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Track customer feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Support product launches and new market development initiatives.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of an HND in marketing, business administration, mass communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in both digital and field marketing.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is an added advantage.


Technical Competence:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms.
  • Basic graphic/content tool knowledge (advantage).
