Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Growth:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Increase brand awareness across digital platforms.
  • Strengthen the company's positioning within the luxury travel market.
  • Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and business growth.

Content Creation & Social Media Management:
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars.
  • Develop engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Design, edit, and publish reels, videos, stories, carousels, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Write compelling captions, advertising copy, and campaign messaging.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.

Market Research & Product Insights:
  • Research luxury hotels, resorts, destinations, airlines, cruises, and travel experiences.
  • Monitor travel industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities.
  • Recommend new travel packages, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels using social media, email marketing, and WhatsApp.
  • Generate qualified travel inquiries and nurture prospects through the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.

Digital Advertising:
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
  • Conduct audience testing and campaign performance analysis.
  • Improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

Partnership & Influencer Marketing:
  • Identify and engage relevant influencers, creators, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate collaborations and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop partnership opportunities that support business growth.

Reporting & Performance Management:
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and related marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or luxury industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives.

  • Qualified travel inquiries generated monthly.
  • Cost per lead.
  • Social media growth and engagement.
  • Website traffic and conversion metrics.
  • Return on advertising spend.
