Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, website forms, and social media channels.
- Qualify leads and identify customer travel requirements.
- Present travel solutions and package recommendations.
- Prepare travel quotations and proposals.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide professional travel advice and destination recommendations.
- Manage customer expectations throughout the booking process.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
Booking Management:
- Coordinate travel bookings and reservations.
- Verify booking details and client documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and required documents.
Client Success & Retention:
- Conduct post-travel follow-ups.
- Encourage referrals, repeat bookings, and customer loyalty.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Support upselling opportunities for premium services, upgrades, tours, and add-ons.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain CRM and client databases.
- Track sales performance and booking activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports.
- Support operational requirements as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, customer service, travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience in travel sales is an advantage.
