Position – Moodle Developer (Junior Technical support 2)
We are looking for a skilled Moodle Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid programming background and be comfortable working with Moodle-based systems.
Job Description
The Moodle Developer (Junior Technical Support 2) is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and customizing Moodle-based Learning Management Systems (LMS). The role includes providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, developing Moodle features and customizations, and ensuring the smooth operation of Moodle environments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for Moodle platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve Moodle-related issues
- Assist in Moodle theme and plugin development/customization
- Support Moodle upgrades, configurations, and maintenance
- Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Assist with Linux server and Apache administration tasks
- Test, debug, and validate system enhancements and fixes
- Document technical issues and solutions
- Collaborate with team members to implement and support solutions
- Escalate complex issues when required and ensure timely resolution
