Network Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on network equipment.
• Monitor network performance and security.
• Install and support routers, switches, wireless networks, and related hardware.
• Assist with CCTV, ANPR, and surveillance network infrastructure where required.
• Document network configurations and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support to internal users and clients.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Networking, or Telecommunications.
• 3+ years' experience in network support or network administration.
• Experience with TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Knowledge of Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Cisco, or similar technologies advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence and own transport.
