Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities across multiple departments.
  • Monitor workflows and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist with project planning, implementation, and reporting.
  • Manage schedules, resources, and operational documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Track key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Support procurement, inventory, and asset management processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in operations coordination or administration.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's licence and own transport.
